At Ideal M&E Services we believe that all elements of your reactive and planned maintenance works should be managed by dedicated fully trained / experienced staff.

As a result we ensure the following when dealing with call outs :

• Reactive calls are managed by our dedicated co-ordination team.

• Every member of the co-ordination team has 3+ years experience in planned / reactive         maintenance coordination.

• Every co-ordination team has a dedicated contract manager who will provide support and guidance on call outs.

• Out of hours calls will be redirected to you local supervising engineer who will attend the call.

• This means that in the event of an emergency the person taking the call will be the person attending site.This provides our client with the reassurance that the call is being dealt with and not merely passed on.
